Our Journey

2008 - 2010: Andrew aquires his first rental properties, laying the foundation for Vision Properties.
2012: Andrew obtains his real estate license and expands to managing properties for others.
2016: Encouraged by success, Andrew earns his broker's license.
2017: Vision Properties opens its doors in the current Bemidji Avenue location.
Today: We manage a diverse portfolio of houses, duplexes, apartments, and storage units across Bemidji and the surrounding area.
